Best White but EXPENSIVE for LITTLE You Get
The dye (white) is the best I've seen in terms of coloring and it doesn't take a lot. The problem is how *little* you get and how it's not a great deal for the money. This makes approximately 6 small conainer (2 x 3 in) candles. So, again, this is great white dye but you get very little dye for the money. The total candles colored would be maybe six small candles 1 -1.5 lbs of wax in total.

Works Great
Hands down the best candle colourant I have ever used.,

Not what I expected
So I bought this because I’ve been interested in white candles, and thought it looked good. But I used it today and for less than a pound I had to use almost all the bag of dye. It’s not a strong dye as I expected. To get the color you want like literal white white, you have to pour almost everything. Not worth it.

Won't melt
These chips are the most frustrating I have ever worked with. I heat my soy wax to 170-180 degrees (in a professional wax heater with consistent and adjustable temperature), mix in fragrance, and then ATTEMPT to stir in the colorant chips. They just won't melt. I add extra heat in the microwave and get some melt, but I still have a pile of chips at the bottom of the container.

A bit too pricey for the relatively small amount, but It delivers.
I was looking for a very opaque white to use for creating pure white, milky wax. It definitely delivers. It also works well to give other colors a creamy affect.
