I bought this case as a gift for my daughter. After one use the handle broke. i contacted the seller and he agreed to send me a screw for the handle. she doesn't travel much so when we came to repair the handle with the screw sent, we realized it was the wrong one and didn't fit. It's now presently useless bag, It cannot be used on this 2nd trip away. At this stage I feel cheated. Its an expensive item that has never been fit for its purpose. I recommend you don't buy it. Save yourself £540.- its not quality.
