Used this every other day for a week quite intensely and with lots of serum. At first I was thrilled and it made my skin so even and soft and smooth. Then one day it just freaked out and went so red, sensitive, papery and textured because I think I just went way too hard on exfoliating. I was terrified I'd done permanent damage but after a week of being very careful and using only a few gentle products it calmed down again. Now I use the roller once or twice a week and not enough to bleed. The results aren't as dramatic but I'd rather that than ruin it again!

Love this derma roller, well made, accurate and painless. 0.3mm for my first outing on this treatment at home. I use it combined with rubbing alcohol as per various Youtube instructers. My skin feels so clean and glowing after use. But please watch some instruction videos on Youtube by experienced Derma roller ladies and follow their advice to the letter.

I use this product 4 out of 7 days a week. I use it in addition to my skin regime and it’s definitely an added bonus. It seems as though my skin is a little tighter. I didn’t want to write a review quickly because I wanted to make sure. I haven't changed anything else within my skin routine except for this and it made my skin feel so much better and looks brighter.

Really like this product I have used it fo0r a few days at a time and have noticed a change in my skin I would advise any one buying this product to do some research on it and what kind of serum to use with this product for great results.

the role of is proving to be a very professional item. I'm not sure that a user guide is really a free item it would be better to send maybe samples of all the recommended creams and lotions and serums I suggest that go with it that would certainly build in a certain amount of customers loyalty... something to consider

Looks well made. Only used once so far and it was painless, just roll gently over skin. I sterilised it before and after use in a cup of boiling water. I cleansed skin and applied a serum before using. Face felt tighter after use with no redness or soreness.

Straightforward instructions, nice quality roller and a super price. Will recommend.

Weird feeling.... never used one of these before but used with the creams I am sure it helped bring my glow back and seeing as I am over 50 not an easy thing to do :)
