Avery Printable Tent Cards, 3.5" x 11", White with Embossed Border, 50 Blank Place Cards for Laser and Inkjet Printers (5309)

We use these Avery printable tent cards for our live in-person trainings and absolutely love them. The templates are simple to download and customize, and once you print, they look clean and professional. No issues with formatting, and they fold perfectly every time. Great quality and super reliable — we’ll keep using them for all our events!

I have used these on other occasions and was advised I need to make more. They are easy to use in my printer and hold up well so they can be used several times.

Worked as expected.

These are great, but they do not fit the Azar 192806 11" x 3" two sided acrylic holders!!The length is fine across, but you have to cut the bottom of the tent card in order to fit them into the holder.Very frustrating!!

These come on an 8 ½ x 11 page for easy printing in your laser or inkjet printers. Holding this page landscape, about ½ inch on the top and bottom will snap off (these have been laser perforated, and snap off cleanly after you have printed them – and once those edges have been removed, there is no indication that they have been removed, the snap off is very clean).There is a nice crease/indentation built into the middle of the page indicating where these are to be folded after they have been printed.I don’t think it matters if you print the front of the back of the page first. They are “uncoated.” The embossing makes these very professional looking, and forms a 3 inch x 10 inch box on the top and bottom halves of each page.Typically, as a name tent, you would print the name on the bottom half inside the boxed area, and again upside down on the top half, so that when folded it would be a nice name tent, showing the name to those in front of you as well as to anyone who sits on the side or in back of you. Of course, you can use these for other purposes too. In my use of these, I’ve never had a need to print on the back (or what would be the inside of the tent if it was used as a name tent, but other more creative uses might have a need for that).These are ivory -- a light colored ivory. These tent cards are a nice heavy card stock weight but I was not able to find the spec for how heavy the cards are, I’m guessing around and at least 30-36# but they are not a problem for any of my Canon inkjets or HP laserjets (B&W or Colored printers).

I have used these literally multiple times! As a matter of fact, I used some today for a function I'm involved in. I only use Avery. They are the absolute best!!!
