Veg-All Original Mixed Vegetables NO Salt Added 15oz Can (Pack of 6)

Very convenient to use and family loves it on top of meatloaf.

I changed my diet for dinner to lose weight and eat healthier - veggie and something like steamed rice, quinoa, lentils, etc.Purchasing pre-made salads to eat through the week seemed like a good idea. But I can't stand salad without dressing. Even the low fat dressings had considerable salt added. I switched to this salt free alternative.I could get the regular Veg-All at the grocery store. But not the salt free version I bought these canned veggies instead from Amazon. Works great. I just put fresh ground or salt free dried spices in and heat it up. Tastes good enough to make me eat it though I miss the salt.Doesn't save much money though. These end up being about $3.75 a can. About what I paid for pre-made salads, but I don't have the dressing now and I get a warm meal. The salads with dressing taste better, but I can be healthier with these canned goods. I guess I do save money with not having to buy dressings for pre-made salads.

I like the ease of use of this product for my low sodium diet. It's good to have on hand for when I don't want to go to the store for fresh veggies.

I have both kidney disease and Type 2 diabetes. I'm supposed to eat vegetables with no salt or sugar added. This product is perfect for me.

I like being able to make soups and stews with veggies already prepared and I am on a low sodium diet. It is a little pricey.

Just like I remember it

The package looked ok from the outside. But inside every can of Veg All was dented. Every can looked like it fell off a shelf. I want to return them. I cannot do that the computer says they are not eligible to be returned. What do I do now. Me

Still tastes so very good in a satisfing way.
