A big help...eye opener
Easy to use or adjust for any size hand or fingers. Display, also easy to reset, see clearly, and use. I have the average size hands of an 81 year old female... after adjusting, fits fine.Had unit several months now, and no indications it doesn't measure grip strength correctly.Never had it calibrated... but it's consistent in it's readingsUnit readings made me aware, to what degree my grip strength had declined. Being able to actually, see current numbers, I knew I needed to increased wrist/hand/finger workouts.Over the next few month, measurements with this unit would consistently show the nice increase.Actually being able to see current numbers, was enough incentive to add additional exercises for easily targeted, specific areas.Inexpensive, easy to use, gives useful info.At this point, I can recommend.. for anyone. Male, Female... young or older...

Fun and challenging
So mine didn't come with the strength chart, but it's so much fun to bring to work or gatherings. I started at 110 on my right hand and am now pushing 150. BEWARE! Dont use this to many times in one week. I sprained my hand and it took a whole month to heal and get back to 100%

Handexer Accuracy
This is a good product for hand/finger stretching/strengthening but accuracy isn't quite right. Due to a hand injury, I have physical therapy twice weekly, and the accuracy readings are inconsistent with those at physical therapy - of course they're using medical grade equipment. Accuracy was off 10-15%. However, I would recommend this product for the price. Once I can do so I will use it for stretching/strengthening.

Fun toy (tool)!!!
Not gonna lie, bought this as a gag gift and kept it. Awesome to pull out at parties and see the competition begin! Amazing the hand strength that you would never know people had. My wife is now working on her hand strength so those pickle jars aren’t so hard to open!
