I recently purchased this PC from Amazon and I am very happy with my purchase. After using few weeks, product is very good & fast and extremely reliable computing experience at an affordable price tag.The physical condition of this PC was also good. It arrived in good condition with no noticeable scratches, and it looked like brand new. The packaging was secure and ensured that the PC arrived safely without any damage during shipping.

I am received not working cpu I am called so many times to customer person they dint give any information

Following is a quality hardware recertified confirming to Microsoft standards with genuine warranty which show number of days left on startup. The box itself is the size of a ball pen with all required ports. Been using over 3 months now with no hiccups. Comes preloaded with genuine Microsoft office and registered windows latest. I would 100 percent recommend this device for a smaller footprint. Also would like to congratulate “used yet new” team for this excellent initiative as it becomes very fdifficult to find refurbished genuine hardware in India.

I was hesitate to buy this product bcz of refurb.Finally decided to buy ,after using few weeks, products very good & fast boot up in 3 second.Very good product in this price range no need to buy 30 & 35k laptop & pc.Very good if you have normal uses.Go for it.

I am always prefer Amazon as I never faced any issues with product/return/replace really it's trustworthy store and this product which I am using for more than 8 months, I am really happy with the configuration and performance. Initially I was bit worried for buying refurbished product but this seller has sent me really great product so today I ordered one thinkpad laptop i5 from same seller. Hope they will send me mint condition as earlier. I will definitely recommend this seller on Amazon for refurbished pc/laptop. Please note that I am giving this feedback upon my true experience and not giving any fake information for advertisement.

First and last mini pc purchase via me working perfectly but sometimes because of i3 6-Gen CPU sometimes very laggy can't handle mutitasking things smoothly still it's okay for me cause i put money on it 😒 also i purchased 8 GB varient but later I installed another 8 GB RAM on it, 😅 it still laggs when i unzipping (un-raring) bundles files, moving files one drive to another drive still can't complainabout it because it has SATA SSD, what if there was HDD on it 😅And yes i got MS Office student version at the time of purchase but I am not using that, but Office 365 (Subscription Based) running smoothlyOverall, good purchase for doing regular tasks like browsing, watching videos/movies (some time lag persists on YT), MS Office working perfectly..
