I was taking these for a month, still mostly constipated. I drink a ton of water and have my fiber and didn’t understand why these weren’t working. I had a pill every morning at 6 AM. Then one day I was feeling sick, and threw up at 6 PM. The pill was still whole and undigested when it came up. I sat and thought about how this whole time I was taking a pill that wasn’t even dissolving in my stomach 12 hours later. I’ve since switched to a different pill.

I have been looking for a fiber pill than will work for me. I took this pill for the first time last night and got up in the morning and everything was working better than usual. If it continues to work well then I will be buying again.

This is weird but...yeah. Healthy #2 and no weird bloating or gas. I’ve lost weight and don’t plan on stopping with the supplements.

For the price of this product it is great. This product definitely works if taken regularly. Drink a lot of water when taking this product

amazon description says 840 mg, bottle received says 720 mg. Just noticed it when I went to look at reordering and comparing prices/brands.
