Living in God's Best: Don't Settle for Less Hardcover – February 21, 2017

Summary: This book is an instruction manual for living a successful and fulfilling life in Christ.Some of my questions: If all that great stuff in the Bible is true, why am I not seeing it? I’m talking about all of the healing and the miracles and the prosperity I read and hear about.While I’m at it, why do Christians ever get sick? Why are any Christians poor, discouraged, afraid or unsure? Why are any Christians so easily misled? Because I am a Christian, these questions are important to me, and once I get going I find I have many more. Naturally, this begs another question: Why did it take me so long to ask? If you have asked these or similar questions, what I think of as “get real” questions, you need this book. If not you, then you know someone who needs it. Living in God’s Best answers them all, including why so many of us don’t even ask. It is much like an instruction manual and will help you find out where you are in your spiritual walk how to go on from there. It ties together the things Andrew has been teaching and writing about for his entire 40+ years of ministry and presents them step by step: What the promise is, what the problem is, and what the solution is. Andrew often refers to himself as “just a hick from Texas”, and he most certainly started out as one. He was a submitted and obedient hick right from the beginning though, and after he got what marching orders he could handle from God, he followed them. As he faithfully pressed on with the simple message of God’s love and “the Gospel Truth” he didn’t add his own great ideas as many do. Instead, he stuck with the message he had been given and only added what God gave him to add. Because of that, the message stayed the same but he has become a much better messenger. I suppose he is an “ex-hick” from Texas. This is the same old stuff—two thousand+ years old, in fact—but in an easy to understand, readable, down to earth format. As he often says, the message is “… so simple, you have to have help to misunderstand it.”If Andrew’s message is new to you this is a great place to start. Andrew has plenty of books and teachings that go deeper into the areas covered in this book, so start with this one and get the others as needed for more depth in specific areas. If you’re familiar with Andrew’s teaching, then buy two copies. Read one—you’ll love it and learn from it—and give the other to that person you know who needs it.I bought two, I plan to get a copy for Kindle and give both hard copies away. I’ll get one to keep around handy, too, because those people who need it seem to show up regularly. Nobody should have to look for God’s best without an instruction manual.

Today I completed reading Andrews new book. Wow…I believe this is the best book that I have read. He does such a good job of bringing together so much of what God has for us and wants for us. I have bought three additional copies and I keep thinking of additional friends I need to send this two.I plan to re-read it again soon; I need to let some of this sink in. There is so much practical day to day living in it that we need to apply to fully experience what God has for us. Peaceful, supernatural, healthy, prosperous blessed lives it what God wants for us. It is the truth that sets us free and we cannot be set free until we know the truth. Then we renew our minds to what God freely has for us. Don’t miss this one, it will change your life.Thank you Andrew for being so faithful and willingness to share what God has shown you.

Amazing how many "everyday people" there still are that have just uncovered the revelation of the GOODNESS OF GOD!! Something that has been available to us since the beginning of time. There are CELEBRITIES, ministers, athletes, that when the ITCH comes along to make a few $$$$, they sit down and write a book that takes them half an hour to write, and sell it to those that may have lost the way, and presto, $$$$. Meaning no disrespect to this minister, it seems that this was easy for him to throw something together & presto, acquire $$$$$$ needed.

This book is a game changer!! I didn't realize that I was settling for less than what God wants for me, but reading this booked helped me to expect more in my life. I am dreaming again! Andrew not only helps you realize that God wants the very best for you, but also provides amazing insight and practical examples of how to live it out in your own life. You will love this book.

It encourages us to quit depending on ourselves and depend completely on God. We need to look in His word for all our needs and claim scriptures as His solutions for our needs. God's word is true and will not return to Him void, so we can put our trust in it. If His word says we were healed by the stripes of Jesus, believe it and it will come to pass. Just reading His word promises a "Blessing" so read it and be "Blessed". God wants what is best for us, so grow in the knowledge of who God is, what He has already provided for us at the "Cross" and "Trust" Him for His "Best" for you. We need to watch what we say. Our words are seeds, what people say to us or about us are seeds, the doctor's bad report is a seed. Be careful what seeds you allow to be planted into your life. Life and death are in the power of the tongue, "Chose Life". Don't let yourself be "hung by your tongue". Don't let others plant death into your life by believing what they say about you. Counter the bad seeds sown into your life with a "Promise" in God's word. I believe this book is a must read for all Christians.

Though I am and have been a partner of the ministry for almost 10 years now. This book renewed my mind and exposed to me where I have been settling for less but above all has shown me the importance of desire and diligence in my believe. No more boundaries!!! God bless you.
