There are two problems which the manufacture was kind enough to point out in their instructions....1: The frequency needs to be tweaked after a week or so cause the critters get used to it.. 2: There is an audible noise that can annoy neighbors.Kudos to this manufacturer to point these trouble spots out!!Far better than the Worthless Crop Cage I Bought from GARDNERS SUPPLY, WHICH NEVER BOTHERED TO ANSWER ANY QUERYS.....

Bought this twice, both times they only lasted one year. It was placed under my RV out of the elements, and probably helped keep rodents away. Just not happy with longevity.

This device did not deter animals from cleaning out my peaches just as they were starting to ripen. I've tried hot pepper concoctions, nets, etc. The only system that works for sure is a chicken wire cage. Rats, raccoons,and squirrels simply cannot get to the tree. Costly but this way you can enjoy home grown fruit.

We have tried several control settings, locations in the yard and positions (height, directivity) over the past two months and the deer walk right in front and past it without setting it off. Turning up the audible sounds does scare the deer away but it triggers constantly and is very annoying.I would return it if I could but the return window expired a week ago.wnhouse2@gmailcom
