These are fantastic. If you get redness/rash or tingling, that's normal. That's Beta alanine content which is pretty high. It takes a few days to get used to it, so don't panic. Maybe start with half the bottle to see how you react but after a while you won't flush at all. These are potent, very acidic and don't particularly taste great but they work and give you energy you need at the gym. No noticable crash, other than being drained from the gym and no other side effects like an upset stomach etc. Happy with the product. Quite expensive, but convenient also. I take one 15-20 mins before gym.
