Good texture and easy to cook
This spaghetti has become a reliable option for quick dinners during the week. It cooks evenly and has a nice texture when prepared al dente, without becoming too soft or sticky. I’ve used it with marinara, meat sauce, and simple garlic and olive oil, and it holds the sauce well every time. The pasta also doesn’t clump together much as long as I stir it while cooking. My only complaint is that the cooking time on the package was slightly longer than I prefer, so I usually check it a few minutes early. Overall, it’s tasty, affordable, versatile, and convenient to keep in the pantry.

Lmao, I never knew this came in a large 2-lb box until Amazon randomly put it on my home page one day. This size is so much better than the usual 1-lb boxes you find in stores, especially when the whole family loves spaghetti!

Great Gluten free spaghetti!
First I tried a small box and I really liked it, as a base for a sauce or just with butter. Flavor is good, I like it better than the other gluten free pasta I have tried. I do not enjoy al dente, but like it cooked well.
