This high quality grill pan really does the job. It heats up evenly and grills to perfection. I especially like the high sides of the pan. It greatly reduces the spatter that usually ends up all over your stovetop. Cleanup is a breeze, unlike other so-called non-stick grill pans I have purchased in the past. I highly recommend this grill pan.

This is a great non-stick grill pan, and the only quality one I could find this deep. The deeper pan reduces splatter. This is the second one of these I've bought. The last one, about 6 years old, became too difficult to clean as non-stick surface wore away. I wouldn't expect that on a pan this expensive, but like it so much I was willing to replace it.

Expensive? You bet. But so worth it. Totally non stick w no icky chemicals. Cleans up easily/quickly. Sears beautifully, w nice grill marks. Because it’s square, the cooking surface is larger than w a round pan. My favorite feature is that this is the deepest grill pan I’ve ever seen, so NO mess on your stovetop. There is a lid, which is sold separately.

I searched for a long time to find a grill which suites my need. I was looking for grill pan that I could insert in the oven and would take high temperatures and was deep enough that would not spatter grease inside the oven. I am very pleased with my new grill pan. So far ir is very durabble and very easy to clean. I would recommend it very much to anyone who loves grilling. I use it to grill chicken and fish. Very good grill pan, It prepares good and tasty meals.

We have only used this grill pan a half dozen times, but about 9 months ago, we purchased a set of Swiss Diamond pans from Amazon that we use on a daily basis. These are the only nonstick pans that we've every owned (and believe me, we've owned a bunch)that show virtually no signs of wear, discoloration or peeling. I generally use non-metallic spatulas and spoons, although the manufacturer says that you can use metal. I had read Consumers Reports about the various nonstick pans and looked at the recommendations. What convinced me to try these Swiss Diamond pans were reviews from customers that were furious that the top rated pans had gone to pot (I couldn't resist that) after a few months of heavy use. I'm sure that the grill pan will perform as well as the other seven pots and pans that we've used for the past 9 months. I doubt if we will ever buy any other nonstick pan. One note: the manufacturer recommends that you preheat all of these pans for several minutes before using. That is good advice.

I was excited about this pan based on the reviews of Swiss Diamond's cooking surface. When I opened the package and tried to remove the pan the long handle fell off. I replaced the screw but I was unable to tighten it as the screw hole in the pan was stripped out. It was obvious that the projection on the pan was not long enough to provide adequate screw threads. I consider this to be a serious engineering problem and am surprised that the company has let this slide by. The pan may cook nicely if it stays together but I am better served by a Lodge cast iron grill pan at $20.This experience was disappointing to me but at least Amazon took care of the return promptly and without any problem.

Have used it 3 or 4 times now. Really heavy, so be prepared. Works well, with the wall height, much less splatter than my other grill pands. Cleans up well with a brush.
