It is a good product.Unfortunately, cannot use on glass cook top. the sides of the wok does not get hot enough!

For the price, you should expect excellence, and in this case you get it. Been in semi-regular use in a home setting for I think longer than a year and still looks unscathed by very hot temperatures. Of course I don't use metal utensils, only high temp soft plastics and I give it a gentle scour-sponge bath after each use. The glass cover is used sometimes in non-wok applications like covering a large iron skillet, covering a large stew pot, etc. I am very pleased with this wok.

I plan to update this review after a while when I see how it holds up.So far it is SUPER! I don't think you could get anything to stick if you tried. I've used it at least 20 times so far and love it. The size is perfect for us - cooking for 6 (and usually have lots left over). Can't find anything to complain about. Worth the price....so far.

I love my Swiss Diamond products, but I really wish they would extend the warranty to the lids. I've already had one lid fall apart (handle completely broke away from the glass, not reparable).

Swiss Diamond makes a phenomenal product and never disappoints! This wok is the perfect size for stir fry and cooks perfectly. It's easy to use with the handles the way they are. Just a caution - make sure you have a tall enough facet in your sink! This is a large pan.

I was hoping to give this product a rave review in my anticipation of cooking with a new larger manufactured wok, but twice I ordered the same product and twice it came with the wrong lid... one 2 inches in diameter too small so it would have sat in the food. Sadly it was returned... twice.

I use this Wok several times a week for family curry's, chilli's, etc but after 4 years it's started sticking. So depends how you define a lifetime.Yes, unbelievably you cannot use this wok for high temperature (ie stir frying) food. It invalidates the warranty and the non-stick, well, just STICKS !!!So if you have a wok burner, enjoy stir frying and want to wok fry food then DON'T BUY THIS wok. Its a very expensive piece of rubbish.

Love Swiss diamond products! Expensive, but if you love to cook, they are worth the money!

La Swiss Diamond ha ormai da tempo aggiornato la propria linea, cambiando (in meglio) la qualità del rivestimento, prima identificato dalla sigla "HD", ed ora dalla sigla "XD".La padella consegnata apparteneva alla serie obsoleta, anche se il prezzo pagato era quello della nuova versione.Effettuato reso.

The glass lid got a dent at the edge. It might be damaged during delivery. Didn't return it because it is quite troublesome as they required a printout return shipping note which I don't have a printer. Hope the glass lid won't break in the future. The stainless steel base of wok is quite small (15cm) though.
