Great for running at elevation
I saw this on Shark Tank and watched the Sharks take a huff while sitting there doing nothing and then expecting to feel something. Of course they won't notice anything because when doing nothing their bodies are not oxygen deprived. However, after living at sea level most of my life I now run at 3500 feet and really notice the difficulties breathing hard, etc. given I'm a 57 year old 6'5" 260 pound jogger. I ran like Homer going after a donut and then while breathing very heavily finished my run and immediately took two one second huffs of the product - immediately my breathing slowed, but my heart rate was still racing. However, within 2 minutes my heart rate had dropped to near resting level and while normally it takes me about 20 minutes to recover from a run, I felt good and ready to do something after only 2 minutes! It may not affect everyone the same but this is a WINNER for this Pillsbury Doughboy! Planning on taking it in the backpack on mountain hikes as well.Update: I bought this for all the above, but after using it for a month I have to share a minor miracle. For the last 15 years or so my legs just kill me after running - making it hard to bend down, walk around, etc. It's the big quad muscles in my thighs. I started to notice after huffing this stuff at the end of a run that my legs didn't seize up and over time the soreness has completely gone away! It's lactic acid! I researched it, your body converts glucose into energy when you exercise heavily and if you aren't getting enough oxygen you get lactic acid build up in the muscles. I've been living with this for 15 years. Now it's completely GONE from taking a few huffs after a run - and I'm now running every single day instead of every 2 or 3 days because my legs feel so much better. Again, results may vary person to person but if you have chronic stiffness in your leg muscles you might want to give this a try when your body is starved for oxygen - it works great for me.

Conveinnent
If you don't have bottled oxygen by prescription this is a good alternative for rare occasions. To expensive for everyday use and doesn't work as well anyway. Aviation oxygen must be different than medical oxy, but better than nothing at all.

Thank you Aaron Carter for huffing these
I have been plagued with a gnarly upper respiratory infection. My lungs were spackled with cement mucous for about 10 days. My oxygen levels have been 95-96 but I felt as if I wasn’t getting a full breath of air. I remembered seeing Aaron Carter huffing these on an insta live once and figured hey maybe that would help me catch my breaths. It did it’s job. When I’m short of breath or after a coughing fit I’ll take a hit and I’m pretty good. Would definitely recommend and I’ll for sure take one of these on hikes or even after an aggressive workout. I do live just above sea level so not a high altitude review.

Use First Thing When You Wake Up!
The 10L canister works well for me, felt a rush of oxygen to my brain. It is a very lightweight product. My only complaint is that the oxygen partially rushes out next to the trigger but is just a minor issue/complaint. I think it’s a little pricey just for the one, but would definitely be worth buying in bulk! It didn’t come damaged, but a few packing peanuts or some cardboard paper would help. Very easy to use! ALSO the best time to use is right after you wake up in the morning!!! Will wake you up easily and painlessly. I personally vape nicotine and this is a much better way to start your day compared to that! I hope I could help you guys!Pictured next to Starbucks Venti Frappuccino for size reference.

Not pure Oxygen O2
This is aircraft oxygen, not pure O2, but that's good because O2 is highly flammable. I only wish they were clearer on the label.

Helps with COPD flareups.
Exactly as described. Oxygen in a can. I don't know what else to say...it helped when my COPD flared up. I held it to my mouth and instead of allowing the oxygen to release with force, I pressed gently on the nozzle. Sort of like a rescue inhaler...Sure helped.Wish it could be a little less expensive. I'm I'm on a fixed income so can't afford it very often. I'm not saying it isn't worth what it costs. It definitely is worth every penny. I'm only saying I can't afford it.

Product works, will buy again
I was skeptical if this product would work but it did do the job when my partner and I were at high elevation in Colorado. In the past I got sick while at high altitudes. This time, when a headache would start, I'd take a hit or two of the oxygen and then it would go away. I took a snort each time the headache started and it always worked. My man friend used it after getting winded from using stairs, etc and it helped for that, but he was not showing altitude sickness symptoms.
