Not worth buying
The package is worse. The container is shrouded with dirt. The possibility of the product having been outdated cannot be ruled out as it carries a label pasted and not the product information printed on the container itself.

These capsules have helped me reduce the bloated feeling after lunch, though I eat only very small quantity of rice or chapati and a large helping of vegetables usually.
