Online Innovation: Tools, Techniques, Methods and Rules to Innovate Online

When 5 innovation facilitators put their heads together I expect something good to come out. And indeed, that is what happened. I especially liked the openness about the "no pain, no gain" approach: they openly admit that they (just like many of us) were forced to develop their online skills under the pandemic pressure. (Amongst other things) I have been involved in selling collections of training exercises for 3 decades and I always thought if a user could just utilize one single exercise from a collection it was a good investment on their side. Now, the same is very true for this book - being comprehensive in its nature some tips the reader will already know from elsewhere but if you do not find at least 10 great tips for online innovation in it you must already be an innovation facilitation master yourself! Perhaps less visual than the other books from lead author Gijs van Wulfen, still a great purchase!

I can't recommend this book enough. Having to pivot to online innovation myself, I can see that it would have been impossible to write this book a year ago since it took that time to find these unique learnings. If you want to get up to speed with innovating online in 2022, this will give the entire toolkit you need!
