I am fully aware but sometimes things don't pan out the way they are supposed to even on Amazon as hard as they try to do a perfect job each and every time you buy something. I firmly believe that is their goal. But then you get sellers and for whatever reasons the item comes to your delivery point and is absolutely not at all what you had expected.Even though I'm a 60 year old man I still enjoy my Call of Duty and I love playing video games. My two sons tell me that personalized headphones really enhances the experience and I usually keep the volume low so all that gun shooting and explosions don't freak out my neighbors. But my boys tell me headphones really enhance the experience and when I tried there's I was completely sold with the surround sound effect. Yes I got these for a ridiculous price and they came highly recommended but yet when I receive them there were no instructions and there were three chords hanging there and I had no idea what to do with them.I could not even figure out how to charge these things. Then you have to headphone jacks and a USB plug and I'm sorry but these are just pure crap. Don't work.I figured it was my lack of knowledge and information regarding these headphones, and by the way they are advertised as Bluetooth meaning I shouldn't need any cords or plugs at all. I asked some guys at work that play online games with headphones and they could not figure out WTF was going on.They seem of good quality, and I really wished they worked, but again not really sure what the seller was thinking. I cannot and will not recommend these to anyone.

For $9.99, this is a great headset. The mic is decent, but it's not terrible. This headset really outdid what I imagined it could do.

For the price you can't complain too much, A lot of extra noise in the headphones, tried on different PC because maybe the sound driver was not updated or the port was messed up, still happening. But 10 bucks is 10 bucks.

it didn't come with a mic like shown in the picture and you can hear the noise from the other room coming from the headphones
