This is such a simple solution to having to replace the old style mixer with two knobs into having a single knob. Otherwise the tiles need to be broken to install such a mixer which is concealed. While it is a tad bit expensive but worth the money as it is installed in 30 mins without much hassle. And it looks good and does the job as required.

Looks wise this is too good. The normal faucet is also decent. Infact can say good as the water flows like waterfall. But the connector pipe sending water to the overhead shower is very thin and hence the shower lacks force. Even called a technician from Kohler to get same checked. He said it is cause of low water pressure and suggested that we change shower head from 8" to 6". But that can't be it as it works well with other faucet/normal modelled taps. The water pressure in all our other taps is good enough. As confirmed by multiple people, it is owing to the thin connector pipe of Toobi only. Update: Increasing 1 star for the efforts put in by the Kohler team to resolve the issue. Multiple visits by technicians and even one supervisor to try and resolve it. Final verdict from them, the water pressure is low. And that Kohler items require higher water pressure. My counter, my home is like any average house - with brand new pipelines. So pressure won't be that low. Anyways all other fittings (majorly Jaquar) are working perfectly fine. So then you should put in more efforts in communicating that the Kohler products are not fit for all households. Mango people like us don't understand 1BAR 2BAR pressure measurement systems. Then you should clearly mention that there should be 40-50 feet gap between the tank and faucet for adequate pressure. So, while thankful for all the efforts put in, still dissatisfied as I would consider it inferior product compared to competition.

No doubt, it is amazing product and easy to install, looks wise is also very good. Value for money. It is also very useful in terms of tap function because it can be used as a stand for shower gel and shampoo and face wash etc. totally loved this product.

Such a costly product and KOHLER COMPANY refused to attend internal parts problems. Push button stopped working after few months and “Kohler “ company does not give warranty for Internal parts . Company says they give warranty of 10years for out side parts only. Funny isn’t it??
