Durable to crushing
We have a 60lb wolf hybrid. We have a bark box, kong toys, and outward hound squeaker balls on subscription order. They last somewhere between a couple hours and a day or 2 each. I have a drawer in my desk full of squeaker tube ends, plastic squeaker types, pliers, and tweezers to make toys squeak again for another few hours. Even companies that concentrate on durable toys ignore the fact most squeaker setups cannot be crushed over and over again with that type of force and often purposefully make it impossible to reach the squeaker parts. Once it no longer squeaks it only remains interesting if she can rip it apart. There is seriously nothing she can't shred if she wants to. She will chew open a metal cat food can. It's either let her kill toys and squeak things constantly or she does things like eat the hardwood window and door frames , rip a hole in the vinyl sheet flooring, try to destroy a dog bed (thick canvas covers with internal waterproof nylon covers have thwarted her efforts), or attempt to dig a hole in the middle of our bed (we have sheets on subscription order too). A bored wolf is a very destructive thing.Every now and then I give in to temptation and buy a new round of "indestructible toys" that usually die just as fast as everything else. Out of my current group of purchases this one actually lasted so far. I specifically bought the rounder cylinder shape of this toy to avoid edges she might be tempted to try to tear off. After 1 week there is practically no visible damage. The entire thing is covered in tooth indents from being carried around and squished constantly but I don't see a single one that goes all the way through. We had to settle more than one argument that someone else stole her toy. Really she just got so wild chewing and squeaking the thing that it bounced away into another dog. This resulted in massive fits of barking and howling until her new toy was returned to her. Aiko must have ALL the toys!So the toy itself lasts if your dog likes to squeak and gnaw on things by crushing. Even if they have very impressive jaw strength. It also has a very loud, dog appealing squeaker. The rounder one may last better than the squarer one for some dogs.If your dog likes to dig their teeth in and rip away you are probably just doomed for toys because dogs are designed to tear things apart that way. I've seen that even metal doesn't stop them. My akita of the past 12 years was that way and I mostly stuck to edible toys and raw bones. The squeaker unfortunately has begun to die in this. It held out better than most but she'll hardly bother with the toy again if it completely stops squeaking so it won't matter the rubber survives. I'm not sure what it uses internally. Commonly she crushes things so much any squeaker parts either get cracked or stop reinflating. She likes crushing them in various directions to try to get different noises out of the squeakers. Luckily it turns out the smallest size squeaker tips I have fit in the hole. A bit of shoving and I made it squeak again. While all it takes is her crushing that end once to kill the replacement tube they are probably no more than a penny each bought in a bulk multisize pack and it fit without any tools or widening the hole so no weakening of the toy like some I try to replace squeakers on. It's not as loud but even if that disappoints her I think the past week of very loud nonstop "squeaky squeaky squeaky" may be the reason we both had a headache.

Durable for tough chewers!!!!
It's a year old toy at this point and it's holding strong! It's by far my pup's favorite toy and she has not destroyed it yet. She has a habit of chewing the toys so hard that they stop squeaking. And once they do, she tears away the whole toy. Suffice to say, this one has been holding on. I definitely recommend this one for everybody! She squeaks it daily for her enjoyment and our annoyance lol

Favorite toy
This chew toy has a nice weight to it. Our dog has chewing quite intensely on it and it has no wear on it.Quite durable.

Great for chewers
I didn't realize how large it was, but my friend's small dog absolutely loves it. He will chew the corners and squeak it like crazy. It's held up so far which easily beats all of his other toys.

Tough, but has a weakness.
My dog is a powerful and aggressive chewer. After one month it's basically intact, with only small marks on the rubber. Unfortunately, the squeaker only lasted one week. If the squeaker was still functioning, I would have given it straight 5s.
