Highly recommend
My 28 yr old daughter took a tumble down the stairs on July 9, 2017 and injured her coccyx. She was in extreme pain and needed to release the pressure on her coccyx.Several people said that a doughnut pillow would be best, but after careful review and consideration I decided to go with the Airgo Products Coccyx Cushion. It costs little bit more then the other options but was well worth it.My daughter loves and raves about this pillow to everyone. Firm, Comfortable, Works Perfectly
I slipped on the ice this winter and injured my tailbone and this has been a lifesaver! My doctor recommended a donut pillow but this is just so much better! The material is very firm since it is a memory foam, but it molds to your bottom and is very comfortable - I even sleep on it if I sleep on my back. I've used this all day, every day, for weeks now and it's still looking beautiful. I position it so the U-shaped hole is under my tailbone and it keeps any pressure away from it and keeps me comfortable.Overall, if you have need of a pillow to protect your tailbone and help it heal, this is THE pillow and I highly, highly recommend it!

Fantastic for pregnancy tailbone pain!
During my pregnancy, I was experiencing horrible pain in my tail bone and sitting at a desk all day didn't help. This pillow was a life saver! The pillow is very firm so I was skeptical at first. But wow! It really works! The minute I sat down I was so excited that my tail bone was no longer throbbing. Standing up was no longer a challenge either. The pillows shape also helped with my posture and the cooling gel is an added bonus.The pillow is lightweight and easily transported so you can take from the car to your office if need be. I also like that it's not a traditional "round pillow" that draws attention to the fact that I am experiencing pain in my you-know-what. I even plan on keeping this pillow in my desk chair past my pregnancy!

Highly recommend.
Amazing pillow. I wish I had known about these sooner. I broke my tailbone playing roller derby and so many people told me to get a donut pillow. I vehemently protested saying there's no way it'll help as it does not take pressure off the coccyx at all. Donuts are for things like hemmorhoids. Anyways, this pillow is great. Only 4 stars because the cooling gel only keeps your butt cool until it heated up by body heat.

Tremendously helped with pildonial cyst pain
I’ve been dealing with my pildonial cyst for 6 years now and it’s always painful when I sit for long periods of time or short periods of time on a hard surface. I bring this with me everywhere I need it and it helps tremendously with the pain. I admit it takes a while to arrange it until it’s comfortable but overall life changing.

Great for extended sitting on floor as well as chair
I really love this cushion for sitting on the floor for extended periods of time to watch TV or give belly rubs to pets. It allows me to spend much more time sitting on the floor thàn I would otherwise before experiencing back pain. It supports the tail bone and back with a comfortable memory foam that does not get too hot.

Not ideal
This cushion was bought for my recliner. My problem is that I weigh a bit more than 200 pounds. The foam comoresses flat in an hurry so I spend time trying to adjust to a comfortable position, which isn't always possible. However, when I use this in my car seat, it's marginally better. The foam should be more stiff. That to me is a major draw back to thiz product.

and I like it. My computer chair is really hard
I purchased this pillow for my husband who has a degenerative disk disorder and affects his sitting. I figured I would try it out too, and I like it. My computer chair is really hard, so this is a nice, soft pillow for me to sit on. Yes, it does deflate when you sit on it BUT then it reflates when you stand up. I cannot wait to let him try it so that he can sit comfortably once again.
