It's so good for their brains And keeps them busy in the car. It’s the perfect mix of creativity and mindfulness. The stickers are high-quality and fit perfectly, and the final images are so satisfying to complete. It’s a great way to unwind after a long day, and it feels like creating art without needing to draw or paint. Highly recommend for kids and adults alike! Review: Great activity for all ages - This is a great activity. You can call it a craft, you can call it mindless fun, or you can call it a cure to boredom but whatever you call it it is incredibly satisfying to do. Each of the pages tear out, so you can choose to tear out either the picture or the stickers or both. I opted to tear out the stickers so that when I'm done I can give the book to some younger nieces who I think will enjoy looking at the pages. The pictures actually come out quite beautiful. The stickers have a kind of sheen to them, so in the right light they are almost glass like. They're really pretty and it's very fun to do. I have long nails so I had no problem positioning and pulling off the stickers, however I can see how someone who didn't have any nails might struggle. They do tell you in the beginning of the book that tweezers might be helpful, and I do think that might be something you could use. There's a teeny bit of a learning curve. The stickers aren't super sticky. If you have to pull them up and reposition them more than a couple of times they will lose their tact. They're not going to just come up from the page if you put them down but I wouldn't suggest constantly repositioning. That being said if you want to sit on the couch and try to do this for watching TV and not fully paying attention I don't think it'll turn out the best. You do have to devote yourself to lining everything up properly and if you are the slightest bit OCD it will take you longer than you thought. But once you get the hang of it and you can learn to live with the white spaces that may appear in between the pieces fitting together, I think that you will love what you've done. They also have books that are smaller with less stickers for children which I got my niece and she loved it. Overall a good activity for quiet time or not.

Great for kids
So great to keep kids occupied on flights and trains. Only issue is after a while kids hands got tired. Lots of fine tune/precision practice with their fingers though!

Love this. Wish they had more animal books.
The cat and dog book have too little granularity to convey the animals as well as the bird book. The bird book is 10 stars of 5 the best best best. Excellent for doing mindfulness practice. Excellent for calming and self-regulating. Excellent for amusing children. Excellent for keeping kids working together on a project so you can go do something you need to do without them bothering you. This one is the BEST!!! I wish Workman would do another birds series book. The zoom in on the birds is perfect. My mother in law even took several and framed them for the kids and kept a few for herself they’re that good looking. this series is way better than the brain games sticker by number books if your kids are good concentrators and like detailed stuff. I find that the brain games brand ones only work for the 6-8 year old range because they’re too easy. These books by Workman work for older kids as well 7-100. Thank you Workman for making these books. The cat and dog books are not as good as the bird book, because of the granularity of the images and I’m partial to dogs and cats. The bird images are gorgeous. Please make another bird one!

Relaxing activity. Addictive!
This is a really nice book. Definitely for teens/adults. Stickers are too tiny for little ones to manage. They just don’t have the hand-eye coordination yet :) Lovely alternative to adult colouring books. The names of the birds are listed in the table of contents. This is very helpful for people like me who don’t know more than a few common bird species. We have actually gone on to research and read about a few birds because of this sticker book. The stickers fit into their given space well. The places where there is a gap I think is more user error than the stickers being too small (or spaces too large). I’ve been using tweezers to place stickers. This seems like the easiest way for me to get a nice placement and line up all the edges. If you are giving as a gift, you might consider gifting tweezers to go along with it. Have them open those first and see what sort of reaction you get

Fun and relaxing to put together but numbers show through the lighter stickers
These are very relaxing and fun to put together. I love that this particular book has real photographs for the background which ads to the beauty of these when complete. The stickers are easy to pull off the page and to reposition. They're a little bit stretchy so you can fit them to areas where you might not have placed another sticker so well so there's a little gap. My only complaint is I find it odd that they would make the numbering so dark and then have light colored stickers where the numbers show right through them. This really detract from the finished product. I think the next one I will do as I go to place the stickers I will use corrective tape over the numbers to hide them. But then hopefully that doesn't show through as well.

Hours of fun, great for fine motor skills
Our kids love these paint by sticker books. This book has lovely background illustrations that make it look like the bird is in a tree, etc. especially great for long car trips and restaurants. Great product, lots of fun!

Sticker Fun - the new solitaire!!
I am a teacher, and one of my students showed me the sticker painting he was working on, and I thought “how cool!” So, I looked on Amazon and found one for myself and found it very easy and relaxing to do. I am a 60+ woman, and like to try things that my students are doing, to be engaged in some of their interests, so this seems like a nice way to do that. Plus, I can share some of these as prizes for them when their work is completed. I was able to complete one “painting” in a couple of hours. I liked it so much I gifted a copy to my sister, who is also enjoying it. She has a job where she has a lot of downtime, so she took it to work so she could sticker paint there!

This is an enjoyable, even addictive pastime. The books are pricey but at least sticker art is a clean, quiet activity, with no glue or paint fumes! I would suggest for anyone new to this, that it might be best to start with another brand as Workman number/letter system is more complex and involves more tiny pieces — could be frustrating for some new users. However, because the system makes it somewhat more like doing a puzzle, others may enjoy the challenge. Other brands such as the Brain Games books have beautiful images and can be easier for newbies to develop skill at precise placement of the stickers. All in all, these sticker art books are a great idea!

This made a great gift. Doing it is not hard but it is absorbing trying to get it exactly right.
