I was skeptical of these as PF is so debilitating at times. But, from the time I put them in my shoes, it's been incredible! No pain, even after some nice long walks. I'm a believer

For the past year, the ball of foot pain had been worsening. Saw the foot doc, who among other things, suggested an orthopedic insert. I never knew these existed with the exception of your basic insole.Popped these babies in my boots and I felt no pain all day at work. Put them in my sneakers to workout at the gym which involved jumping and plyometrics and they helped so much. No hobbling around the next morning. I have high arches and they provide much support. It's amazing. Love them..

These are amazing! I just got diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and my doctor recommended insoles that have a hard support in the heel and arch. Sounds easy enough, but incredibly difficult to find! Most of the insoles I could find specifically for PF are the jelly kind. Then I found these. I've been wearing them for about 4 days and so far I have noticeable improvement in the pain in my foot. Combined with physical therapy I'm confident I'm well on my way to healing.

These are a rip off. They have to be cut to size. The power step insoles are cheaper and better.
