Functional With Minor Modification
Installation was extremely routine, but the lower metal tab was slightly too wide for my Square D Homeline breaker (I quintuple checked installation and alignment). I wound-up filing the tab to allow it to slide past the breaker switch and it now works like a dream

Be careful, the instructions are incorrect
I am a licensed electrician and I've installed probably 50 interlocks of various types from several companies. This was the first time I've used this brand. The product is excellent. The price compared to other aftermarket companies is excellent. The picture in the instructions for this particular model, shows the interlock in the wrong location to work properly. Before you drill any holes, hold it up to the panel and be sure it will work properly. I did this with a QO panel. It may be different with a Homeline panel, but nothing is mentioned in the instructions
