I don't think anything was wrong with the beans, but they were a bit sticky and I think for making homemade vanilla extract they needed to be drier. I'll know for next time

Moldy and not airtight
Very disappointed! The tube was filled with mold! Not airtight as claimed. When I tried to return it, it says not eligible for return. Buyer beware!
