Weak Seller Followup
I received these tires about two weeks ago, and during the last week, I developed two flats on the same tire on two consecutive rides. I've probably put less than 200 miles on these tires, so it does not make sense. It seems like the sidewall on the rear tire is failing or defective. I sent an email through amazon which should have made it to the seller, but I have not heard anything. I also called the seller, Bike Somewhere, left a message, and no call back.Right now - I'm not happy with this purchase and feel that I should have gone to the LBS.

NOT for daily use/heavy riders/anyone who is sane
To add to the already terrible reviews related to flats, I'll add my story. The only good thing about these tires is that they are light and offer very little rolling resistance. I am a Clydesdale rider at 6'4, 215 lbs and made the mistake of putting these on with new carbon rims for daily use--- terrible idea. I had 4 flats in the course of a month, and finally gave up to go back to Conti Gatorskins which have always been excellent for me--- NOT worth the hassle for a few grams lighter, I hate these tires to put it bluntly. All flats were external puncture flats from a paved bike path-- it was never apparent to me what caused the flat, seems like anything could with these. Also, the bead is super tight making them a b**** to get on your rim. NOT recommended unless you're a pro racer with 4 other complete wheels ready to go at all times and a team car follows you on your recreational rides :)
