TOOLIOM E71T-GS .030" Diameter 2-Pound Spool Flux Core Self-shielded Carbon Steel Mig Welding Wire

So far this has been the best performing flux core wire I have used to date. Crisp spark, good feed and low splatter. I have tried half a dozen flux core wires and this has been my favorite. I have a hobart welder and hobart wire is never good. Please don't spend your money on the hobart flux core, it sucks. The forney wire is good too if you get a good roll. If you get a roll of forney wire that is actually wrapped in foil you should like it but you have a 50/50 chance at that. I recommend tooliom at this time. This wire came in a destroyed box but it was wrapped and sealed in foil. I'm an amateur that uses this for car restoration purposes and basic repairs around the home and shop.

This wire is amazing. Just went through 10lbs of Kis---l, flux core, garbage. Can't believe it's "made in USA". Hard arc starting, couldn't keep a constant puddle, extreme amount of spatter. I wish I bought this wire first, just ordered a second roll for backup. This wire is the best I've tried so far. Came in a vacuum sealed foil bag. Other rolls some in plastic shrink wrap junk. Very happy with this product.

Gotta start by saying that I am very new to welding, so I don't have a lot of experience with other brands. I bought this wire to go with my Tooliom 200a welder and I haven't looked elsewhere since I can weld just about anything from 20ga to 1/2" so far. The thinner stuff requires a much lower voltage of course, but this wire is up to the task. Price is excellent compared to anywhere locally (including big box stores), thanks Amazon.

I'm assuming Amazon doesn't know how to ship heavy items, it arrived all banged up with the spool cracked and the moisture proof bag was torn. Good thing I was planning on using it right away or it might have been oxidized.
