Fun and spooky CI Novel for Level 2+
This is probably my favorite novel by Theresa Marrama so far! It is very engaging, and keeps the reader on their toes by switching between the two sisters' perspectives, as well as switching up the time line.Students will learn a little about the history of the Catacombes (but it doesn't feel "explain-y" at all!) and there's a little paranomal action in there for your kids who like ghost stories!As always, the language is very comprehensible, and will be a super fun read for French 2 students and above!I'm really looking forward to using this in the fall, especially since there are additional online resources available!

Fun story - interesting narrative style
This was a very good comprehensible book for French students. I enjoyed the way the narrative unfolded with different perspectives and an intriguing plot as well as narrative style. There was intrigue (I was highly motivated to keep reading because I wanted to know what happened!) Great glossary in the back makes the book so much more accessible for those learning the language too. I highly recommend both this book and this author.
