Chipped Lens upon delivery (Updated - Promptly Issues Refund)
Updated: I was promptly issued a full refund and an apology from the vendor. The stated this is not a common issue and hoped I buy from them again in the future. I wanted to update this review to state that this company has very good customer service and they stand behind their product.----I spent more on these glasses instead of all the competitors in order to get nicer quality. These came shipped with the lens chipped along the edge of the upper frame. It looks like it was damaged during lens installation into the frame at the factory. It makes me wonder if these are even inspected for quality at all before being sold.

Good Stuff!
I have long been a big fan of Scojo readers & sunglass with reader feature! They are well made and stylish to suit all my many kinds of looks... These glasses have something that makes people say โwhere did you get those, I love themโ. Good enough for me to own 10 pairs ๐.Thank you Scojo!(Now can you work on selling them in more places, I still enjoy seeing and trying in person)

poor quality frame, lousy customer service
Over the past several years, I have purchased at least 10 pairs of your Tahoma Gels BlueliteReading glasses 1.75 magnification - for $60 each. Though I thoroughly like the style and fit of the glasses, one of the reasons that I have purchased so many is that they are of such poor quality that the temple is always breaking (without any obvious stress moment). I have 5 pairs of these glasses with a broken temple at the hinge joint.I just called customer service and was told that they couldn't help me.Most reputable eyewear companies offer to repair their glasses or else replace them. Though not extravagant, $60 should still get you a sturdy pair of glasses - reading glasses from the Dollar store have lasted far longer for me.I did not ask for a free pair of glasses - just to get them fixed. Five pairs for an over $300 investment is not cheap. The representative suggested taking them to a local eyewear company. That does not work for me as I order online for efficiency.I suppose I should have learned my lesson some 5 pairs ago to shop elsewhere for better quality.I am hoping that customer service truly does want to help the customer and comes up with a reasonable solution. I just won't hold my breath.
