No weather seal
Once the temperature gets to dew point. Say 40 degrees expect a long crank. No weather seal to keep moisture out so as you crank the spark warms the cap enough to eliminate moisture and finally start. Hope your battery don’t die before that.Now I gotta go find a boring or seal for it
