My favorite flour in a book!
Nice recipes for my favorite flour. Like all cookbook collectors - I usually find a few to use as standbys. Easy to read. It was smaller (number of recipes) than I expected but a good variety. Of all the flour I have used, Wheat Montana is my absolute go-to. I bring 50 lbs#+ back when I go over to MT or have family bring it.

Not recommended for serious bakers, but...
Do order their flour online... It's excellent! A beginning baker might appreciate the cookbook, though. Some fun, but well worn recipes inside.
