unbelievable value and performance for cost. the rgb looks great.
easy enough to install and surprisingly good performance. the stock rgb fan blows a surprisingly good amount of air through the heat sink. for its size and form factor, this thing performs better than it should lol its a great little heat sink. the value here is incredibly good. the fan is loud at top speed, but, you can easily set very acceptable noise level RPM speeds while still getting great cooling. even 75% fan speed is totally acceptable noise levels and still moves a LOT of air.

Great cooler at its price point!
This was a great air cooler for less than $18! I'm using it to cool an AMD 9800x3D; I think if I stress tested the CPU it might not keep up, but in daily use it cools the CPU quite well. It was easy to install though I had to google to figure out how to attach the fan clips as that wasn't covered in the instructions. I also did not use the included thermal grease, though I appreciated that they included it. The RGB lighting is a bonus, and works fine. This is a great option for someone (like me) who is intending to water cool the CPU but needs to run it on air a bit to make sure the parts are all working.

Fantastic, but fragile
My son got this for his FIRST gaming computer, and my first computer build in over a decade. He loves the ARGB, and I love the performance and value. PRO: Quiet and "cool": ++ VERY quiet -- way more quiet than the stock AMD cooler (per reviewers). Not silent, but even at full speed it's more quiet than I expected. Just above a whisper with the case open. Wow! ++ Seems to cool well (On a mid-powered AMD Ryzen 7600X, 65W to 105W). ++ Heatpipe shape "setback" leaves ample room for any size RAM sticks (On an ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi mATX motherboard). ++ Impressive machined copper CPU contact points. ++ Long fan wires, versatile mounting hardware options and included thermal paste made it easy to install. ++ ARGB colors may be a bit cliché, but damn, it's fun and cool! (and can easily be turned off or unplugged.) ++ Arrived in perfect condition (no bent fins from the manufacture or shipping)**. CON: Bulky and fragile: -- This cooler's height is 150mm, and I found out the hard way that it does NOT fit into a old-school mid-tower mATX case that is 175mm wide externally. Now that it's installed, I can measure the case's mobo stand-offs (~12mm), plus the AMD AM5 CPU and motherboard (10mm thick), plus this 150mm cooler... all add up to about 172mm, which is about 3mm to 5mm too much for the internal space, and the case's side-panel won't completely close. So, I have to leave the panel slightly ajar with a 5mm gap on one edge (better ventilation?). :-) This is my own fault for taking a gamble with my old narrow-ish case. I tried to find a good 145mm cooler, but didn't find many options. I wish this one shaved 5mm off it's height. So close! I'll make it work. -- This cooler fan's center sticker is slightly off-center, so it LOOKS like the fan is out-of-balance (wobble), but the fan is actually in balance, so it's just a minor visual annoyance. I'm tempted to remove the sticker. -- **Even when we were being extremely careful, we bent a few fins during install and PSU wire routing (minor, cosmetic). Wishlist: o Given the ample space between the CPU and the these bottom fins (and ample RAM clearance), I would like to see a re-design that is 5mm smaller, so it's 145mm tall. o Some sort of plastic frame around the edges of the cooling fins, so we're less likely to bend them? (I know this would increase cost and possibly lessen the cooling capability, but hey, I can dream, can't I?).

Decent but not for me
Its sounds like an a320 trying to take off, its so loud, performance is decent, but the fans sucks. They are incredibly loud. The cooling is ok while youre not doing any overclocking its not bad. Easy enough to install. It looks decent and is a good size. For the price its not bad but i think i would rather go with an AIO liquid cooler.

Great cooler, great price, handles Ryzen 9 (5950x) CPU just fine.
Impressive little cooler, especially when you consider the price. Currently using it on a 5950x. Was worried it wouldn't be enough for this CPU, but after doing the Multi-core R24 Cinebench test the CPU temp stayed around 66C the entire time, with one small spike of 72C at the beginning of the benchmark. So, if it can handle 145 watts just fine, I think you could even get away with using this on a 7950x or 9950x (maybe not the 9950x, but I'd be curious to see someone try). No need to spend way more on a noctua, this cooler is great. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Low price and good reviews. Mountability: Easy to mount. Size: It's definitely not a small cooler, but I was able to fit it in a 18L ITX case without any issues. Noise level: Fans are very quiet. Build quality: Had to gently bend two fins back in place, but I think that's bound to happen during shipping due to how thin the heatsink fins are. Wouldn't really call that a downside, just felt like it was worth mentioning. Otherwise, the copper base looks well machined and the headsink assembly is overall very sturdy. Airflow: I'd recommend making sure you have an intake fan very close by this cooler, even if it means you have to change to a back-to-front airflow configuration. After changing to that setup, my temps went way down. I think it's just a good practice to feed your CPU coolers cool, fresh air.

The model that I bought was not quite enough performance for my needs but that is on me for the decision. I should have picked up a more robust model for my Ryzen 7700X. That siad, I was impressed with the build quality, ease of install, and performance. Well exceeding my expectations for the price point. It's a lot like a n updated hyper evo 212.

For its price, it’s actually decent and capable. Even when pushing a Ryzen 9 5900X hard, it managed to keep the temperature bellow 75°C
