Can you please confirm (as the name on the product states) the sharpener uses a diamond edge to sharpen knives?

I don't know what it uses but I do know it is the best sharpener I've ever had. Fabulous bit of kit. Knives, scissors, my mother in laws tongue, sharpens them all!

It states 20 degrees. Ignore the likes of Mr T. He rides the short bus.
