Arrived with TICKR broken lid. Need replacement

Poor quality
Product has lots of connectivity options and options to analyse your rides. Unfortunately they payed more attention to app design than to quality of compoment. Just after two months bots snap buttons on heart rate monitor strap got broken in a same day. Besides that head unit never indicates that it is fully charged, when connected to a charger last battery bar keeps blinking for ever. I contacted Wahoo but they were unable to support since I do not live in one of 25 countries where they can send replacement items. Do yourself a favour and buy some other product.
