I have been buying Zone bars since a buff guy at the gym recommended I read Barry Sears book on The Zone. I understand nutrition better than anytime since high school, and his detailed descriptions for the layman explained why Zone bars are good for a snack or a meal substitute. I am not looking for a bar to 'tide me over.' I eat to stay healthy and to rebuild my system after a couple of age-related health issues. The Zone bar is constituted as a meal...so it can be a small meal or a snack. Perfect. I know of no other bar that can say that.

This is my favorite brand, although kinda expensive, as are ALL of them. Favorite flavor is peanut butter/Chocolate. A little dry, especially fudge graham cracker and be careful of melted chocolate if ordering/shipping by mail. Wish they were cheaper but love the taste of these bars!

The bars, especially the peanut butter bars, were not very fresh. The chocolate coating looked like it had melted and rehardened.

Great product! It keeps me going and the taste is really good

I will be ordering this again periodically. I like Zone Perfect to help with my blood sugar problems between meals. Sam's Club discontinued carrying them so it was a relief, albeit an more expensive one, to find it here. But I am very happy with the quick delivery. Obviously, this product has issues with heat in the summer but that is more than offset by the ease of ordering them.

Love these bars ! They are perfectly balanced in every way to maintain you in the zone ,not hungry and burning calories while helping your head to stay clear .
