Fun game
We love this game. We played this game at my mom's and came home and ordered it immediately. What we like is that it is a fairly quick game to learn and play. It is not just a game of luck, but thought and strategy, as well. Some of the people we played with thought that it was too confusing having different numbers on the bottom of the card as were on the top of the card. But as you will see if you buy this game, that is all part of the strategy. Decidint whether or not to use the top number s or flip your hand and play with the bottom numbers.

Short teach, accessible, but not boring
Played this first with some friends when I needed not to spend half an hour thinking hard about learning rules. Enjoyed it so bought our own. It's similar enough to Gin Rummy that it's easy to explain and learn, it has one gimmick to make it different, it doesn't get boring quickly, the way the game plays out doesn't seem too lopsided, and I kinda like the colorful design. Small enough to take down the pub.

One of the best card games
A combination of Uno and Poker that is very easy to learn but has a surprising amount of depth and strategy. I bust these out basically every game night.

Fun and travel friendly
we got this game to bring on a vacation where we can play games but needed games that would work with two people. It was easy to pack, easy to learn, and quick to play. I enjoyed playing a few times and look forward to playing again with three or four players where there could be more of a dynamic. Definitely recommend this game if you want something that’s quick to learn and play and also travel friendly.

Fun game, easy to learn
Really fun game though the cards become sticky faster than any other cards I have ever used. On second set because cornstarch and powders did not alleviate the stickiness enough. Hard to fan out cards this sticky.

Great ladder game with unique mechanics
One of my favorite card games. Scout has a unique mechanism where you are dealt a hand, and that hand cannot be reorganized. You have to beat whatever the person played prior, so a 2 would beat a 1, a 9 would beat that 2, a 1-2 run would beat the 9 and so on. If you cannot beat the set played, you can choose to scout one of the cards that was played and put it anywhere in your hand, potentially strengthening a run or set of matching cards. The game runs until one player gets rid of all of their cards, and then the hand is scored. The score after everyone has had a turn starting determines the overall winner. Excellent game that is inexpensive and very portable!

Great card game with a "Classic" feel.
An amazing little card game, offering up a lot more than it would appear on the surface. I usually call this an odd blend of Rummy, Uno, Bohnanza, and even a bit of a bluffing game in there? I won't go into the rules details, but I will get some minor gripes out of the way. *The tokens are a mess in the box, and half of them are simply for keeping score between rounds. What I did was only keep the scout tokens in a little baggy, and it instantly made setup easier. Dump out tokens in middle of table, shuffle up and deal. Do yourself a favor and just use a pen and paper or scorekeeper app of your choice *The theme feels somewhat tacked on. You do feel like you put up a "showstopper" when you drop a load of cards, but the theme flat out doesn't matter. *The game is somewhat clunky at 3, and especially 2 player. The sweet spot for this game is definitely 4-5. The game does function at 3,but this is more of a middle size group game. However, when those are my biggest complaints are unnecessary tokens and lying a little on player count, you know you've got something special. You could easily give this to anyone who loves classic card games, and they'd pick it up in 5 minutes. However, it could easily be played all night, and I feel myself improving even dozens of plays in. This will be a staple for people who love a "beer and pretzels" card night, or love something like Rummy style games.
