I was not expecting much, as I am quite picky about my pillows, and I have a hard time finding pillows that I find comfortable. When I started using a CPAP machine, things got real difficult, and I was having trouble sleeping on my side (which is how I prefer to sleep). Then I searched for a CPAP friendly pillow on Amazon and saw that this one was highly rated, so I gave it a try. It works! No more having my nasal pillow mask pushed to the side by my pillow and causing me to wake up.This pillow allows me to lay my head more in the middle of the pillow (unlike before where I had to sleep at the very edge and use my hand or arm to support the front of my head). With its cutouts, this pillow gives adequate room for your mask when sleeping on your side, and it supports your chin and forehead enough to keep your head from going down to the mattress.And this pillow is also comfortable for back sleeping.I would not recommend using a tight fitting pillow case though, as this might block the cutout sections and push against your mask.

I finally got a good nights sleep while wearing my full face CPAP mask. The foam pillow is just the right firmness and my mask fits perfectly into the indentations when sleeping on my side. I can even sleep on my stomach comfortably. I definitely recommend it!

Better than not having it but could be better. I prefer to sleep on my side but i was also recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and issued a cpap machine. This pillow is designed to allow cpap users to sleep on their sides without displacing the mask on their face.In practice this works...kinda. Better than a reguler pillow but i still find myself struggling to adjust my straps and mask so that i don't break my seal. I wish the pillow was both thicker and had deaper, firmer pockets for the mask. With some minor adjustments i really think this pillow could work perfectly as intended.Would i buy this again? Maybe but I'd first try and find similar but better performing products.

I didn’t expect much from a CPAP-specific pillow, but I’ve got to say this one is genuinely fantastic. The cutouts on both sides make a huge difference, especially for side sleeping with a full-face mask or even a nasal pillow. My head settles comfortably into the cavities, and turning over during the night feels natural—I can easily adjust and stay comfortable.What’s cool is that even when I’m not using my CPAP, I can flip the pillow around and it still works great. The crevices are actually nice spots for your hands if you sleep on your stomach or side.Not even kidding—this is the most comfortable foam pillow I’ve tried, CPAP or otherwise. The fact that it works so well with my gear is just a huge bonus. Highly recommend it!

I started using this pillow on May 8,2025. It has been great!! It is very comfortable. I am a side and back sleeper and it has really helped me sleep better with my CPAP. No more problems with the pillow interfering with the nasal pillows mask. I highly recommend this pillow!

This pillow is perfect for my using with my cpap mask. My neck feels great as it is very supportive for being a side sleeper. I love this pillow!! Great Buy for the price. I usually buy much more expensive pillows. I think I have found the best pillow for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am a cpap wearer I was struggling to get comfortable. Read the reviews. Purchase it 1000% will buy more I purchased 2 when I did. It was the best decision ever.

It's ok. I'm not in love with it. I can see how some will like it. It does support your head, but I personally like less stiffness in a pillow. Was hoping for it to soften up a little, but sadly haven't experienced any improvements there. As for the sides, they work ok. I find myself placing my head on the sides instead of the top. I also prefer to sleep on my stomach.
