This set is all blue light. Perhaps contact the seller. It seems like you might have gotten an incorrect shipment. I can assure you that this particular set is all blue light. Contact the seller. They were extremely prompt in communication when I messaged them before.

Q: Does the gass run out or get used up?

I’ve been using mine for almost 2 years and haven’t had anything like that happen

Q: Does the rod wand have full power supply? Meaning does the whole thing work or just the tip?

If I understand the question, the entire want reacts when the want it turned on. You probably know this, but you have to have the power source device, which is not included in this package.

Q: So these tips are for acne, oily AND fine lines?

I didn’t find them to work at all.
