Always love Brooks
Working in healthcare, footwear is important. I have stuck with Brooks for a few years and they never fail me

These were supposed to be narrow but with my orthotics it doesn’t seem to matter.
The color is great and surprisingly even in Medium they fit me.

My feet are so much happier now
My friend and I walk at least 3 miles 6 times a week to start our day. We are walking around 16.5 minute mile right now but trying to improve that. Both in our 40s and both with some pounds to lose.I have weird feet and my right foot has a more pronounced bunion than my left and foot pain was becoming a thing that made me want to avoid walking. My last pair was some Go Walk Sketchers but I had worn them to point where bottom was smooth. I was having pain on outside of my foot and decided to go ahead and invest in better shoes. My oldest daughter ran cross country a few years back and swore by her Brooks. So I knew she would gladly take this pair if I ordered them and hated them since her foot size is same as mine. I went with this pair because it sounded like it would have the support I want and because it would come quickly. I got black with purpe and hte purple is pretty bright so it might clash a bit if I was back on work and wearing it on a jeans day with our school colors (blue and gold.) However my foot pain meant I wanted delivery speed and we are all remote now anyway. As soon as I put them on I noticed an immediate difference. Sorry kid, mama is keeping these shoes. I wore them for errands (prior to going into lockdown mode) and I barely noticed the foot pain that had me hobbling when barefoot.Did 3.5 miles in under an hour today in them and they are a million times better than what I was wearing.I did order the 8.5 because I am sometimes as 8 and sometimes an 8,5 depending on shoe. I have just the width of my thumb between my toe and end of shoe so I would say the fit is good. Might have been okay in an 8 but then again feet swell a bit with exercise so they have felt a little small if I had done that.

Most comfortable walking shoes I've ever had.
I love my brooks. They support my feet and are so comfortable. I only buy Brooks. No other shoes come close.

so far so good
I go these all black brooks because that's the only color I'm allowed to wear at work. The gray part on the toe keeps making me thing something is on my foot when I catch it out of the corner of my eye. I may take a black sharpie to it to cover that up.I only tried this shoe today for one 10 hour shift. I can tell it has added support in the heals, ankles, and arches. I think its lacking in support in the toes. If thats what you need find another style. But I needed the support in my heals. These did not rub my ankles at all. They also didnt eat my socks like some shoe do. The shoe laces are not filled or are made of a different material than most common shoe laces but I think this helps them stay tied. I only had to tie them when I put them on and they stairs tied all day.I wear a size 7.5 in Nike and that is the brand I have been wearing for the last 10 years. I wanted something with the extra support in the heals and my mother recommended Brooks to me. I just guessed at the 7.5 size and they fit almost exactly the same. The only difference I noticed was that my big toe touches the top of the inside of the shoe. I dont know it thats just me of if this style is slightly slimmer than other shoes I typically purchase, but it was not enough to return them. I will update if they wear a hole in the shoe.Otherwise, I recommend these shoes.

Great shoes, great price
I wear nothing but Brooks Adrenaline and love the fit, comfort, and support they provide for my severe pronation issues. I walk 5 miles approximately 5-6 days a week so I need a really superior running shoe. Buying the latest model (GTS 21) will cost $125-130 so finding the previous model, the GTS 20, at such a good price is a real bonus for me as I go through 3-4 pairs of Brooks every year. In most other shoes I wear a size 8 but in my Brooks Adrenaline I wear a 9.Amazon ordering is easy and shipping is fast, so that’s a plus.Highly recommend in particular if you wear Brooks shoes and know from experience that the Adrenaline is the shoe for you. If you have never worn Brooks shoes before I recommend getting fitted/evaluated for the right shoes for you at an independent running shoe store so that you can be sure Brooks are a fit for your feet and your exercise needs. Then you can feel confident making all future purchases from Amazon without needing to try them on.

Clueless about shoes but these are great
I've recently started working out which has been awesome but my knees were really starting to ache. I realized I needed to purchase new shoes with better support instead of my typical Van's. I bought a cheap pair of running shoes for $25 on Amazon which provided no relief. A post came up in my workout group asking about shoe recommendations and somebody suggested the Brooks Adrenaline shoe, and after doing more research I decided to try them out. Wow! The day these arrived on my porch, my knees were aching while just standing and cooking dinner. I put these on right away and I am not kidding when I say that I felt relief almost instantly. I seriously thought it would've taken a day or two. I am someone who has never owned a proper running shoe in my life. I've never liked the look of them. After feeling how supportive and comfortable these shoes are, I couldn't care less what they look like! (Although, the black shoe with the purple accents really isn't so bad!) I'm going to resume working out tomorrow, I will update again about whether or not it truly helps my knees.

Brooks Adrenaline hält, was er verspricht
Toller Laufschuh!! Nur schade, dass es keine Zwischengröße gibt. 39 ist zu groß, 38 zu knapp

Einmal Aduro, immer Aduro. Keine Kompromisse! :-)
Einmal Aduro, immer Aduro! :-)

Definitely improved my running!
I started running during lockdown, and suffered to start with from shin splints (I have flat feet and fallen arches) so was looking for a pair of running shoes to help. These came out well in reviews and I’m really pleased with them. Interestingly I find them comfier to run in than to walk in (I get a bit of arch pain in my right foot when just walking) but they are very light, very supportive, and have almost completely stopped the back pain I get when running. Really pleased and great if you’re looking for a good support shoe
