Pour drainage lymphatique. Vraiment très bien, et tient très longtemps la charge. Efficace. Je m'en tiens à la vitesse 1 qui me suffit, l'objectif n'étant pas de forcer les ganglions lymphatiques et d'avoir mal. Etonnée agréablement de l'efficacité !

Arrivata puntuale, ben imballata e contenuta in una bella scatola che sicuramente riutilizzerò. La scatola contiene anche delle istruzioni molto sintetiche, un robusto sacchetto con lacci per portarla in palestra e un cavetto per la ricarica. Il cavetto ha una presa USB che si può attaccare a un caricabatterie (non fornito), e all'altro capo un piccolo spinotto da inserire nella palla (vedi foto). Diametralmente opposto al foro per lo spinotto c'è il pulsante di accensione. Tenere premuto a fondo per 2/3 secondi, la palla emetterà 2 brevi vibrazioni per indicare che è accesa; premendo di nuovo comincerà a vibrare (vedi video). Con pressione singola si può aumentare la frequenza (3 frequenze disponibili)o selezionare le modalità a impulsi (2 diverse modalità), con 2 brevi pressioni ravvicinate si mette in pausa (il led rimane acceso), per riavviarla 1 sola pressione; per spegnerla definitivamente tenere premuto a fondo come per l'accensione. La vibrazione è intensa e piacevole, molto efficace per sciogliere la muscolatura contratta ma anche per abbreviare i tempi di riscaldamento e di recupero degli allenamenti. Esteticamente è molto accattivante, la sensazione al tatto è piacevole, può essere rotolata sotto il corpo senza che si spenga accidentalmente, e trovo molto positivo il fatto che sia lavabile.

Habe diesen Ball meiner Mutter geschenkt, da sie vor Monaten an der Schulter operiert worden war und dieser Ball für ihre Finger, Hand, Arm, Schulter, Rücken, Gesäß super gut tut . Er fördert die Durchblutung und die Massagevibrationen sind vielseitig einsetzbar. Eine super Erfindung .

Awesome Very strong massage ball I bought them for my plantar fasciitis easy to charge I have the 3” & 2 “ both work great the 3” is stronger massage than the 2” both are very soft outside easy to wipe off with a cloth. My foot feels better after I use them.

Really strong massage ball,easy to access sore points .the hand goes numb after a few minutes of usage .it's good for neck and shoulders .I would love to try the peanut version they have as well.It is difficult to turn on and off but I don't have a problem . Definitely worth trying it .
