Unless your motherboard mounting plate has a cutout for the M.2 card (and if it did, you probably wouldn't be asking this question), you'll need to measure, as this will depend on your motherboard standoffs; but: probably not. You really don't want a product like this, anyway, because it won't get any airflow under your motherboard. Instead, you should get a silicone thermal pad to bridge the space between the M.2 card and your motherboard mounting plate (and simply use the motherboard mounting plate as a radiator).
