I bought this because i am pregnant and the Socorro recommended lees than 500 mg so this is working perfect. I always take one pill every night and help me a lot relaxing my muscles and get a good sleep.

Works well, just wish it kicked in faster Nature Made Magnesium is easy to take and gentle on my stomach. I’ve noticed it helps with relaxation and muscle tension, but it does take a bit of time to feel the full effects. Still a solid, good-quality supplement I’d repurchase.
