Excellent quality product
I think these are close to perfect design. They have a nice feel and are easy to use. Personally I find these are so much better ergonomically than touch buttons. The wires do enter at the bottom so you may have to make some adjustment here. They support Tuya (Smart Life app) and the quality seems excellent. They are also specifically approved for EU use which a lot are not. Note that not all dimmer LED bulbs are the same and some will not work with this dimmer (not the fault of the dimmer). I personally use Megaman LED dimmer bulbs which seem to work fine.

Perfect
Perfect. Hubby said it was easy to install, the app was simple to download, had no problems syncing it with Alexa. Works wonderfully, easy to use the smart life app, and Alexa. Looks nice and simple voice control commands with Alexa echo.

Impressive smart dimmer, but one-way only and a bit cramped at the back
I was initially disappointed that this dimmer is one-way only (it cannot be one of the two switches controlling a single light in a two-way switch configuration), so I had to abandon my original installation plans. It should be made clearer in the description that this is one-way only.Luckily, I had use for this in another room (one switch controlling two lights). The dimmer seems to be very nice quality and looks smart when installed. Ergonomics are good with a large dimmer dial, a subtle 'click-click' effect when rotating, and a nicely weighted on-off action when pushing the dial in.I had no less than 8 wires to contend with, so even a regular switch would be a challenge. With the understandably increased bulk of the electronics in this dimmer, I had to use my imagination to get everything wired in (four wires into the one neutral terminal!)It *just* fit and I was relieved when it was all screwed in place. It doesn't help that the terminals are rather small (smaller than the ones in the switch that was removed).Once installed, operation is faultless. I had it hooked up to the Smart Life app in about 30 seconds.I already had Philips Warm Glow dimmable bulbs which work without any flicker or buzzing.Best thing about this dimmer is that it is a direct replacement for a regular light switch and remains in-sync with the app; visitors can't mess things up by switching off the light like they can do with Philips Hue.It operates as a regular dimmer if the wifi goes down.Overall, this is an impressive bit of kit, let down slightly by one-way only limitations and rather small terminals, hence 4 stars.

Great product, clean and precise.
Easy to set up and sync, went straight into google home and added to the kitchen to control a bank of 9 LED ceiling spots.Going to buy some more for the rest of the house, but a word to the wise, empty your switch back box and use single connector blocks if you have a bunch of wires to feed into this switch, 3 is the limit 4 and your pushing your luck. As soon as I did this, no problems! and no problem with standard UK box, modern home so neutral present, make your checks first, any luck it will be the blue one!Love the simplicity and feel of these switches. I have a bunch of Hue bulbs/strips around to want everything smart but still some basic control to save confusing smart home virgins that come round.

Need a Neutral wire _ but once it's installed it works beautifully
It took a bit more effort to install because I did not have all the wires needed in the socket, but once installed, it was super simple to set-up and most enjoyable to use.

Alexa switch on bedroom light...tadaaa!!
Really easy to set up if you have neutral wired in. It appears to be of decent build and the small green led emits just about right light for you to see switch is functional. Only problem you might encounter is the depth of your switch box, I installed it without a box as had a wooden pillar going behind my current box so to gain space had to shave off some of the wood.

Read this first, possible problem for many people
I've installed a few smart switches. I chose a rotary for the bathroom, easier to smack the dial in the dark. The unit has a nice matt finish and is nicely designed. The dial turns nicely, spins infinitely, but its quite light plastic. To remove the face-plate, pull the dial off and undo the little nut.Make sure you have time, tools, and you've eaten, it gets fiddly. A head torch helps.Inspect your original dimmer to see which wires do what. The neutral and earth are obvious, but which live is going up to the light fitting (the "load" for L1) may not be marked with tape. Mark and tape the load wire before removing them from the terminals on the old dimmer, else they can all spring out and get muddled. The PROBLEM you may find is that the wires connect at the BOTTOM of the "lump" on the back. Each hole accepts a max of about 3 wires in a bunch (sparkies often join loops by bunching into the terminals). This will be a problem if you have wires coming in from the top, which is how most wiring is done in UK homes, comes down from the ceiling. This is impossible to change if you have brick walls and a shallow recess to cram it all into.I was lucky as my bathroom has the only stud wall in the house, so was able to remove the plastic box entirely from the plasterboard and turn it upside down to feed in from the bottom. It can be worthwhile to make the hole in the plastic box larger so you can push the wires far back down into the wall, since the "lump" will take up much more space in the box and doesn't leave much room for all the wires to cram into.Note that to detect the device, push the rotor/dial for 5 seconds and if that doesn't work, just try again and it'll work the second time. The second issue - one you're much less likely to have - was with the Smart Life software. I forgot my username and password and my email isn't on my account (I since learnt) so I couldn't recover it. So I logged in with my Google account but that just set me up with a new account, so all my existing switches were missing and the Google Home app is linked to the original account.Anyway, after faffing and trying stuff, I had to log out of Smart Life and try logging in again and thankfully my phone remembered and offered cached credentials, turns out my username was my phone number without the leading 0. The wording on the username is a bit confusing, so I originally didn't think to stick my phone number in there. For completely new users, its not that obvious but on the login screen, hit the little round Google G and create an account with your Google login.

Funciona correctamente
