The box and the items inside are well packaged and secure, all individually sealed and clean. No weird factory, metal, or paint smell (which is always nice).The build quality is great and it looks awesome. Feels nice, no sharp edges or rough surfaces where it's been painted or glossed. There are no obvious signs of issues in these respects.The chain is really nice, smooth feeling and definitely seems stronger than a standard chain so I appreciate that, however, the clasp is (despite as advertised) small and feels a bit flimsy. This isn't going to be a problem for me though, as it just slips over my head (don't have either a small or big head, likely the same for others).My only disappointment is that it's not as black as you would think, it's more of a brown-ish black (especially in brighter light) than a deep, dark black. This is likely due to the material or paint used. I've added a comparison photo with another necklace of mine that's made of Onyx. You would notice this if wearing a black t-shirt, too. It's not a deal-breaker for me as honestly, unless you point it out, no one's going to notice. I was going to give this 4/5 as a result of this issue, but it's a bit unfair given that it's a bit nit-picky.Overall, very happy with this, would highly recommend it for yourself or as a gift!

I was a little dubious, considering I wanted Greek engraving. The pendant itself is beautiful. Real high quality, and the inscription on the back is just perfect. Really well engraved.I will be looking at getting more of these. The price is just awesome too

So their customer service is on point for starters, I messaged right away and asked if they could change 1 small detail in the engraving, in which they sent a picture of what they could do, and it was spot on. Very friendly and quick responses. I cannot wait to give this to my husband for his 30th. (I'm a big believer in giving a sentimental gift for big birthdays etc) the engraving is perfect, more choice in fonts would be nice as it's viking esque, maybe runes? (I have worked with engraving, so I know that not everything is possible). But either way, it looks amazing. A very happy customer indeed.
