Great taste and great product...great value too!

I have really enjoyed these dehydrated chopped onions. I don't always have the energy or the time to chop up onions & these little things have really come in handy. They are great to add into almost anything! They rehydrate fairly quickly in your dish, they are very flavorful & I love that they are organic as well. A really great addition to homemade hamburgers added right into the meat before cooking. It rehydrates within the meat & also adds a great flavor as well as extra moisture. I will always keep these on hand from now on. I emptied the product into a large mason jar & sealed it for freshness while keeping a small jar of it on the counter that I can use out of easily with just a screw top. That way it's always within arm's reach anytime I want that great onion flavor! Definitely recommend & will continue to buy more from this company.

I resist giving reviews on food items...I am not a connoisseur and when I do, it always backfires if others notice and try as too often the price goes up and or the quality declines :( But these sweet flakes are literally a 'cut' above :) much larger and more flavorful than other household brands- McCormick, Amazon (Happy Belly?) which were my staples! I don't think they are lightly roasted but that is what I think of when I eat them like a snack!! They go on virtually every bowl of soup I eat. The bag is a nuisance- yet perhaps practical given the average 2.5x size of each flake (from this first order) -so save your old (large) plastic spice/flake containers and enjoy! (no- I never accept freebees or payments- that how I keep all my reviews honest!!!

I love this product. I refill my glass seasoning bottle every so often and this saves so much money. It is easy to use and taste great.

Onion flavor is good. Not chunky, just a little bit larger flakes than diced but not by much. I like them very much. Good value.

Very tasty and rehydrates easily. Works well in vegetable and other stews.
