I am 6' 2" tall and 180 lbs. I was debating between an XL which should be a little on the large side or a L. I went with the XL because I like extra material for conceal carry. I swim in this hoodie! The sleeves go down to the ends of my fingers. From this I think I should be looking at a medium to a large, so if you are about my height and weight you might want to go a little smaller.The hoodie is great. I can get to pistol easily through the vertical slot and I have not had any problem having my phone fall out through the slit. Phone sits in there just fine. A well made hoodie, just make sure you adjust for size.

I love the hoodie, while the conceal carry slot is alittle gimmicky the hoodie it self is amazing. High quality, warm and has a large hood. It has a velcro patch spot on the right arm and also 2 pen slots and a small pocket on the left arm. Overall amazing hoodie

My police officer son really liked this for when he's off duty. Easy to access your weapon and it's not visible.

The media could not be loaded. Summary: If you carry Sub-Compact handguns then this hoodie will work better than for those carrying Compact or Larger. This hoodie does a great job of concealing some of my larger handguns but attempting to draw them using the kangaroo pouch is just asking for trouble should you ever find yourself in that situation. Drawing my Glock 19 (Compact)? Doable but not practical. Drawing my Glock 43 (Sub-Compact)? Much easier and practical. See the video attached with this review showing my attempt at drawing a Glock 19 through the kangaroo pouch and you will see how small the outer pocket openings are. I'm 5'11" 220lbs with medium sized hands and got the XL just for a reference. Throw stress and fear into drawing your weapon during a dangerous situation, then forget even trying to draw through the pouch. On the plus side you can absolutely use this hoodie to conceal carry and bypass using the kangaroo pouch entirely, but then again you could just buy a regular hoodie. The interior is a comfortable soft fleece and I like having the shoulder pockets available for extra storage. I also can't complain about the price because it is reasonable for what you get.
