MASALONGkni244 Super Hard Tactical Outdoor Camping D2 steel fixed blade knives (stone wash)

I am a huge fan of trying out low cost knives from Amazon and this is another winner. I like this knife so much that I am going to reach out to this company to ask them to make a model without the compound grind on the blade. While there is no compound edge, the compound design of the blade itself would look better as a Sabre or Scandi grind. With that said, that's me suggesting a personal preference. As it stands, I already carry this knife most days when I don't want to abuse my more expensive fixed blade EDC knives. I am not someone to run out to baton wood, etc.. to test a knife as I use a hatchet for those activities so I can't speak to it's Bushcraft chops beyond my own belief that any knife will work in most Bushcraft scenarios. Most of my uses are around town with a knife like this such as cutting materials throughout my day including rubber, plastics, cardboard, tape, scraping materials, and whittling wood. It would also be a capable last ditch self defense items as well, the grip on the handle scales is great so I would not worry about my grip slipping. Speaking of the knife's handle, the scales do not fully cover the full tang of the knife, but the tang of the knife is rounded off to insure there are no hot spots. The sheath is perfect on this knife in both retention and function. It outshines the sheaths on my Kyzer, Benchmade, and ESEE EDC type knives. It is a taco style carbon fiber looking kydex sheath with a push off lip and a clone tek-lok that is the easiest to open I have ever encountered. I have several custom knives I would love this company to make me sheaths for in this style. All in all, this knife will be the best $30 you have spent in a long time. Just my 2 cents.

I received this knife on time. The knife was well packaged. I have been using this knife since I opened it and it’s great. It’s holding an edge, takes sharpening without too much effort, the handle grips the hand. I can’t ask for much more. It has a thick spine. It’s not to bulky. It comes with a kydex sheath. The retention is strong but not too much. I don’t have to struggle removing it from the sheath but it is in there securely. The sheath comes with a multi directional belt clip which allows horizontal or vertical carry. Great set up. Very happy with my purchase.
