I love this product for me. It has helped a lot. I was having fatigue. I’m very sore muscles mainly because of different reasons, but I sit at a desk and computer at work and this problem has increased in the last few years. I take just once a day and it has helped me become almost normal again. Thank you!

I bought these for my daughter who gets terrible period pains and heavy flow. I know that magnesium deficiency can exacerbate these symptoms. She was previously on a magnesium bisglycinate but after 2 months use, no improvement in symptoms was seen. So, I decided to give this one a try and she got good results within the first 4 weeks with significantly reduced pain and we noticed a huge improvement in her mood, which can be very dark and irritable. That was a bonus. We will continue using this supplement. My daughter is 14, soon to turn 15. I did a lot of research online and found that 13-18 year old females tolerate around 350mg of magnesium per day. Even at the full dose of 3 capsules per day this product does not exceed that recommendation, so although it says not suitable for children. We have found it beneficial and I'm not worried.

I read magnesium suppliments can help fibromyalgia, muscle pains and better sleep. Did some research and found magnesium mallate is highly obsorbed by body and easy on the stomach. I found Double Wood's Magnesium Malate suppliment interesting and bought it. I have been using it and waited for some time to see the effect of it before write this review. I can say it did help reducing the pains related to fibromyalgia and muscle pains. I notice sound sleep after taking it. And price is a good bargain for the quality and quantity of the product. I'm very much impressed with this product and definetly buy it again.
