Excellent product
I used two of these to hang a billiard light in a ceiling where both boxes had to be between ceiling joists. This product allows me to hang the light without having to add wood blocking in the ceiling. Highly recommended

Easy to use.
These worked very well east to install. Seems to be holding the weight of a 40 pound fan well. The little magnet on the back of the box is really nice. I will buy these again for the next install.
