Best product in reasonable price
I got product in the very nice condition and it is incredibly best.This water purifier is just awesome and best product for every household .I requested for the installation of the product which was very quick and the installation technician, Sunil has done a favulous job. I am very happy with his dervice and he possess good knowledge about this product. No other filter is matching in this segment, dont need to think twice just purchase it. Technology wise it is well studded with all the latest requirements which makes the water pure, healthy, alkaline, enriched with added minerals and real time copper and freeing it of all the contaminates , bacteria, arsenic and viruses. All the more it is value for money spent giving you a complete peace of mind...I suggest just go for it..☺

Worst experience with aqua
Very regret to buy this product, always call technician they take amount but not resolved the issue, and when we are calling to resolve issue they are not picking call or not ready to provide services.

The water purifier stopped working within 2 months of purchase
The Aqua Active Copper 10-L RO+UV Water Purifier was delivered in June and installed in next 2 days time. The product worked fine for a month and then the trouble started. The purifier would give clean water only after switching it off/on multiple times. After a month, even this stopped. I did reach out to the customer care and they promptly took all my details once again as if they planned to send a technician right away. To my disappointment, the only thing they did was send me a video on whatsapp which showed how to open the product and fix the issue all by myself.If any of you are planning to buy this product, I advice is not to do so. The product is of substandard quality and after sales support is just an eye wash. Basically, there is no warranty, free service etc even if the product malfunctions within first few months.
